FAQ
Questions We Hear
Before the First Call
Straight answers on how the three tiers differ, what the one-time fee covers, and how the monthly partnership is priced.
What's the difference between the three tiers?+
Reactivate & Recover ($1,500/month) does one job: it works the lead database you already have — reactivating up to 500 eligible leads a month, qualifying the responses, and booking appointments. Revenue Recovery & Automation ($3,000/month) adds automation on top of recovery — up to 1,000 eligible leads a month, automated follow-up for new inquiries, missed-call response, confirmations and reminders, CRM and calendar integration, and up to three connected workflows with human review. Complete Revenue Operations (from $5,000/month) is a customized system — up to 2,500 eligible leads a month, up to six connected workflows, integration with up to five existing systems, custom dashboards, dedicated account management, and weekly reviews.
What does the one-time fee cover, and is the monthly price ongoing?+
The one-time fee — $750 for Reactivate & Recover, $2,000 for Revenue Recovery & Automation, and from $5,000 for Complete Revenue Operations — covers onboarding and implementation: reviewing your data, connecting the workflows inside the systems you already use, and getting everything running. The monthly price is an ongoing partnership, not a one-time build. It covers the lead reactivation work each month, running and monitoring the workflows, human review, reporting, and continuous improvement.
How do the pricing tiers work?+
Every tier is a flat monthly fee plus a one-time onboarding or implementation fee. Reactivate & Recover is $1,500/month (plus $750 one-time) and covers up to 500 eligible leads a month. Revenue Recovery & Automation is $3,000/month (plus $2,000 one-time) with up to 1,000 eligible leads a month and up to three connected automation workflows. Complete Revenue Operations starts at $5,000/month (plus a one-time implementation fee from $5,000) with up to 2,500 eligible leads a month and up to six connected workflows. Each step up also raises the management cadence — from monthly reporting, to monthly pipeline analysis with human review, to weekly reviews with dedicated account management.
Do I have to replace the tools we already use?+
No. We work within your existing systems rather than forcing a rip-and-replace — and we never change a process that's already working. We analyze your current workflow first, then build on top of your CRM, calendar, and phone tools so adoption is smooth for your team.
Who is the Complete Revenue Operations tier for?+
Complete Revenue Operations is for higher-volume businesses with multiple systems, more complex workflows, and an established sales operation — teams that want a customized revenue-recovery and automation system managed for them. It includes custom automation architecture, integration with up to five existing systems, automated nurturing and re-engagement campaigns, invoice reminder and payment follow-up workflows, custom reporting dashboards with revenue attribution, dedicated account management, weekly performance reviews, and priority support with agreed service-response commitments.
Which businesses is this built for?+
We work with construction and trades, real estate and property operations, healthcare, recruiting and staffing, and growing small to mid-sized businesses. The common thread is manual workflows — calls, forms, appointments, payments, or internal handoffs — that are costing time and revenue.
